14 Day Abs Challenge Feb 2021
Come and join me in a 14 day Abs Challenge which starts on Monday 8th Feb.
As the days are getting longer we can finally start dreaming of Spring and Summer and so now is the perfect time to focus on our abs!
Every day throughout the challenge you will be given a set of ab exercises to do at home (which will take between 6-18 minutes). Not only this but you will also get access to all of our live workouts throughout the 2 weeks where we will do additional ab work.
